Well He was an Emperor that ruled In ancient India. Emperor Asoka ruled differently then the other kings and emperors. He was a strong military leader, but he came to hate blood shed. When Emperor Asoka walked away from the battle field he was devastated to see all of the hurt and dead people.
Emperor Asoka was soon called the greatest Buddhist king. He helped out with building hospitals and took care of sick and hurt animals. He also built new trading marks an new trading routes so his travelers could rest on there way to trade . Emperor Asoka loved treating his people right....
And that's how Emperor Asoka ruled his region

Mauryan Dynasty is a series of kings from the same family. To run his ruler, Chandragupta set up a centralized government kings run everything in their capital. And the king controls everything in his capital the Mauryan Dynasty built India's first great empire. Chandraggupta Mauryan discovered the Mauryan Dynasty in 321 B.C.. Now you know what Mauryan Dynasty is about.

Empire: Group of territories or nations under a single ruler or government
Chandraggupta: He was a India prince who conquered a large area.

Who built India's first empire? Lf
India's first empire was founded by Chandragupta Maurya. Chandragupta was a prince who ruled a large area in the “Ganges River Valley”. Soon after a guy named Alexander invaded western India, so Chandragupta took over almost all of northern India. In 321 B.C he founed Muryan dynasty to run a good empire. He set up a centralized government and a strong army to make sure no one was rebelling. That is who built India's first empire!
