During this unit on tornadoes we will discuss what tornadoes are and how they form. We will also distinguish between a tornado warning and a tornado watch. We will talk about the Fujita scale and see how tornadoes are classified. We will discuss safety during tornadoes and the history of tornadoes and how devastating they were.
