Have You Ever Heard Of Snails? What's The First Thing That Comes To Mind When Someone Says Snail? The First Thing That Comes To My Mind Is, Slime, Gross, And Ewww. But Not All Snails Are Gross, Some Snails Can Be Pretty Cool. Like The Apple Snail For Example. The Apple Snail Lives In The Everglades In A Habitat Called The Sawgrass Habitat. The Apple Snail Gets Its Food By Feeding Off Plants Above And Under The Water. It Might even Eat Microscopic Organisms.
The Apple Snail Is Omnivorous.
Apple Snail's Are Shiny Brown Snail's, And Look Like Little Ping Pong Balls IIn The Dry Season. It Moves By Gliding Along A Layer Of Mucus. It Finds It's Way By Using It's Sensative Tentacls Or Feelers.
One Way we can help Protect The Apple Snai's Habitat And Many Other's That Live In The Sawgrass Habitat, Is To Not Play In The Sawgrass Or Try To Knock It Down. Because There Is Alot Of Animals Living In The Sawgrass Habitat, Other Than the Apple Snail.
So Remember Not All Snails Are Gross. Just Take The Apple Snail For Example.
