My hypothesis for this project was that the chosen clay soils would best affect the pH of the water. This hypothesis was formed by research.

It was concluded that my hypothesis was proven incorrect in the essence that the clay soils stayed closer to the pH of 6.25 of the distilled water. The Granular Lime made a more basic pH of 7.5 and the Topsoil created a more acidic pH of 5.75.
