Does the Length of a Pencil Resistor Effect the Output of a Curcuit?

I thought the length of the pencil resistor would affect the output of the Curcuit. I guessed that the shorter resistor would allow the curcuit the most output.

After I tested three times, I concluded that the different lengths of the resistor did have an effect and the shorter resistor had the most effect. This will work with all types of conducters.
