Stress

Stress is anxiety over things. You might feel sad. You might feel mad. Good stress is slight nervousness before maybe a test or something. Bad stress happens over more time and can make you ill.

Relaxing helps relieve stress, and other things also. If you’re stressed, cut back on the amount of things you do. Doing exercises can also help you relax. Breathing exercises are common advice for relaxing. The best way to not have too much stress is balance work and play. Make sure to get lots of sleep and food!
