How does is work?
The anti bodies (army) gets confused and begins attacking the healthy cells in your body.

Not soo funn facts.
People with Lupus may not look sick. It hurts their joints and sometimes makes them have swollen glands.

Are there Different types?
Yes. Such as, Systemic, Discoid & Drug induced. Thoes are the main ones. Systemic; (SLE) is the most common type of Lupus, it affects the skin, joints, tendons, brain, heart, lungs, & kidneys.
Discoid; Is a skin diasese that causes rash on face, neck,scalp, & ears. It sometimes leads to SLE. And the last type, Drug induced; Caused by reaction to some medicines.


EXTRA, EXTRA!
Lupus is not contagious.
Women most likely get it.
A lot of African,asian,& native Americans get LUous.
Having genes that makes you more likely to have lupus.
