Steps to How we Elect our President

Step 1: Primaries and Caucuses...
In the election, party members get the choice to vote for the candidate that represents their party in the upcoming general election

Step 2:Conventions...
Each party holds a national convention .At the end of the primary and caucuses each one of the party holds a national convention to finalize the selection of the President Election.

Step 3:The Election...
Any U.S citizen 18 or older is aloud to vote for one candidate.

Step 4:Electoral College...
People representing all 50 states also the district of Columbia . Their votes lead by the general election. Also they gather votes

Step 5:Inauguration...
Ceremony where the newly elected leader takes the oath of the office that officially starts a term.

Elector: electors vote for who ever they want but they have to be 18 or older
Caucuses:voters decided who they want for their parties.
Electoral College:A group of people who elect the president of the U.S their votes happen after the popular votes
