How to Write Linear Equations

To write a linear equation you need a slope and the y intercept. You can either use slope intercept form or point slope form. Slope intercept form is the equation y=mx+b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept. Point slope form uses the equation y-y1=m(x-x1) where y1 in the y coordinate, m is the slope, and x1 is the x coordinate
