One day two men named David and John were riding down a river in the Amazon. The trip would start great and end bad. They were on the right course until they went into a different river. John said “I think we are lost” “Don’t be scared” said David. “It has been 30 minutes since we saw the last city” “Don’t worry John” “David listen you have to…” “What happened” “RAPIDS!” said John. David started to brace him self for the rapids. Then all of a sudden the canoe started to shake violently and then it flew into the air and when it hit the water again there was silence. When David woke up 3 minutes later he was on land but he could not see John. David screamed ‘‘John!’’ there was no reply. ‘‘BOOM!’’ David jumped and new that was the sound of their desert eagle pistol. He ran up the river and saw John hunting fish. ‘‘Miss me’’ said John. ‘‘How?’’ said David. ‘‘When you where out cold I tide a piece of rope to the front of the boat and one to my waist and I jumped in the water and swam to shore and put you down.’’ ‘‘you should have tried to wake me up.’’ ‘‘yeah but you were out cold.’’ ‘‘I think we should camp here for the night’’ said John. ‘‘your right’’ said David. ‘‘we should continue at dawn lets go and sleep.’’ ‘‘Good night” said David. As soon as they woke up they went into the canoe and carefully went down the river looking for any signs of danger. “I hear something” said David, “what” said John. “I do not know.’’ Then John screamed ‘‘WATERFALL!’’ John jumped and patold like crazy and David jumped on a rock. He watched as John fell down the waterfall. ‘‘No!’’ said David who jumped to shore and ran to the edge. He saw the waterfall was 250 feet high. Looking closer he saw John on a ledge 30 feet down. John said ‘‘I only have a few cuts and broses!’’ ‘‘ok!’’ said David. He toke rope 20 feet long and made 2 notes for grip. Then David took two vines to make another 15 feet and the total length was 35 feet long and threw it to John. David screamed “hold tight” and John said “OK”! Then he slowly pulled him up. He was about to give up but then it was over, John was safe. They took a minute to rest then John remembered he had a cell phone and called 911 and 5 minutes later a helicopter came to pick them up and the 2 days of horror were finally over.
