1. Transversal- A line that goes across two or more other lines.
2. Angle- The amount of turning between two lines at a common point.
3. Parallel- Lines that are the same distance apart from each other.
4. Perpendicular- Lines that come together at right angles.
5. Adjacent angle- Angles that are right next to each other.
6. Alternate exterior angle- The angle outside of a polygon when one side is extended.
7. Alternate interior angle- An angle that is inside of a polygon.
8. Vertical angle- Angles that are directly opposite from each other.
9. Acute angle- Any angle measuring less than 90 degrees.
10. Obtuse angle- An angle measuring grater than 90 degrees.
11. Right angle- An angle that measures 90 degrees.
