1. Transversal – a line that cuts across two or more other lines
2. Angle – the amount of turning between two lines meeting at a common point
3. Parallel – lines that are the same distance apart
4. Perpendicular – at right angles to the horizon
5. Adjacent Angle – sides immediately next to each other
6. Alternate Exterior Angle – the angle formed outside a polygon when one side is extended
7. Alternate Interior Angle – an angle within a polygon
8. Vertical Angle – pair of angles directly opposite each other
9. Acute Angle – an angle measuring less than 90°
10. Obtuse Angle – any angle between 90° and 180°
11. Right Angle – an angle measuring 90°
