| Hello, my name is Hunter. I’m researching Cape Verde. It’s a group of islands in the Atlantic Ocean west of Senegal. Although the islands are small their overall population is 426,998 people. Its currency is Escudo. Even though Cape Verde has many islands they still agreed on a capital. Cape Verde’s capital is Praia. The type of government in Cape Verde is republic. There are two languages spoken, Portuguese and Crioulo. The religions in my country are Roman Catholic and Protestant. The geography of my country is rocky and volcanic. Some animals in my country are bats, sloths, and opossums. |
