Geometry Vocabulary
1. Transversal-a line that intersects two other lines.
2. Angle-the amount between two lines at a common point.
3. Parallel-two lines that are the same distance apart from each other.
4. Perpendicular-right angles toured the horizon.
5. Adjacent angle-is right next to.
6. Alternate exterior angle-angles are ought side of the parallel lines opposite of the transversal.
7. Alternate interior angle-angels are inside the parallel lines opposite of the transversal.
8. Vertical angle-pair of angles opposite of each other, formed by intersection of straight lines.
9. Acute angle-angle measuring less then 90 degrees.
10. Obtuse angle-any angle somewhere between 90 and 180 degrees.
11. Right angle-an angle measuring a perfect 90 degrees.
