Identify which groups made up china's social structure

There were two societies located in China. It was the Zhou and the Confucian systems. The Zhou society was divided into three groups. They were the kings, lords and the warriors. It was mainly the high, medium and low classes. The Zhou system made the Chinese society very organized.
Based on the Confucian system, they were divide into four classes. The upper class was made up of the emperor, his court, and scholars. The second class which was the largest, was made up of the peasants. After that were the artisans. They produced some luxury goods. Merchants occupied the lowest class. They occupied that class because they didn’t produce anything.

List the rights and responsibilities of each group in Ancient China?

In the Zhou political system there were three groups. They were the king, lords and warriors, and also the peasants. The king led the government and also gave land. He gave the land to the land and the lords. The lords and the warriors paid taxes. The king provided Warriors so that they can protect land. The peasants farmed. They farmed the nobles’ lands.

Explane why some groups were more powerful than others?

There are a lot of reasons why some groups were more powerful than others. The kings were at the top because they were more responsible. They had a lot of responsibilities. Like taking care of their emperors. They also have more riches and power. That’s why they were more powerful. The warriors and the lord were kind of powerful. They were powerful because they had somewhat of responsibilities. The peasants weren’t rich. They didn’t have a lot of power. There only responsibilities are there family. That’s why some groups were more powerful than others.

Explane why boy children were highly valued in Ancient China's society?

Ancient Chinese ways of living is quite unique and different from the way that we live. Ancient Chinese valued boys more because the boys would be the ones to take care of their parents when they would get sick and old. They would also pass down the family’s last name. That’s why they would value boys more than girls.

Compare and contrast Ancient China's social structure with your own country's?

Ancient China's social structure was unique. They valued the boys more then the girls.When here they treat us the same. I think that is called discrimination. Here we don really have a social structure. Well we do but its different. Its just the high, middle, and low class. They dont treat us differently but I guess thats how our country is. In china its really strict. They have certain rules for every class. While here in the USA its not like that. Thats how our country and china is either the same or different.
