Why I Chose: I chose the USC Roski School of Fine Arts because I am interested to go into USC, so I would find it interesting to look up what kind of art department the university has. This school is extremely focused on research and the students and alumni are like a real family, the “Trojan Family.” They also have a respectable sports program which I am really interested in and I would love to be living in the city of Los Angeles.

Grade Point Average: The average student from USC’s 2009 freshman class is a 3.7.

Interview: An interview is not needed to enter USC.
SATS and Test Scores: High school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores must be sent to USC. SAT Subject tests are not necessary. The average composite SAT score from the 2009 freshman class is between 1930 and 2150. The middle ACT composite is between 29 and 32.

I find that this college has many programs and I believe it is a very impressive school overall. I personally believe that this college is worth the high amount of tuition because they have had many notable alumni and their family traits are great for me. If I was to attend this school, I would take either Visual Culture or Photography
