| My element that I am studying is sulfur. Sulfur is used to make rubber. Sulfur stinks alot, but is used to make alot of helpful things. The atomic number is 16, there are also 16 protons,nuetrons,and electrons. The meltng point is 119.6 degrees celcius, the boiling point is 444.6 degrees celcius. The phase at room temperature is solid. The cost of sulfur per gram is $5.95. Sulfur is classified as a non-metal. Sulfur was descovered by: Antoine Lavoisier in 1777. | |
