A boy named Charles Thomas is 8 years old and loves going to the mall to go mountain climbing. During the winter break Charles and his family went to Florida. Charles thought he can go real mountain climbing on a real mountain. When Charles asked his parents they said “maybe only if we find a cheap hotel”. Charles couldn’t wait! When everybody got off the plane his parents tried finding a good, cheap hotel. They need to find a cheap hotel because save up money to do other things, they are only staying in Florida for 5 days. They need to buy drinks, hotel food,and they may go shopping for clothes, shoes and maybe real mountain climbing. Few hours later when Mr and Mrs. Thomas found a cheap hotel, they still hadn’t made up their mind. Charles then got so angry that he ran out of the hotel down the stairs, grabbed a map out of somebody’s hand and raced away. While he was running his parents were chasing after him, Mr and Mrs. Thomas couldn’t catch up to Charles because Charles won the championship on racing. Charles then stopped at a mountain and looked at the map he stole from somebody’s hand and found out he is far away from the hotel. He new he was miles away from the hotel and more importantly his parents. Charles was still angry hye saw his parents coming. His parents didn’t see him though. Charles then turned around and started climbing the mountain right behind him. Charles was pretty good, in fact he was so good that his parents didn’t even see him. Charles didn’t want his parents to see him anyways. Charles was two steps away from the top of the mountain until he almost slipped. Charles was hanging on the mountain with his two feet swinging about. Charles yelled as loud as possible “aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh”. Then he felt someone grab his hand and try to pull him up. It was a girl? Who cares all he wanted was to be safe right now so he took her hand and pulled himself up, then introduced themselfs. Then the girl introduced herself: “hi my name is Roxanne”.
Why don’t you have a rope? said Roxanne. Charles explained and Roxanne said “wow it is because of mountain climbing”.
When his parents were at the hotel Charles went back and said “sorry”.
His parents said”no we are now lets all go mountain climbing”. Charles said “ok”.
