Moses was a Hebrew rasied by a egyptian princess, after his mother had to give him away to save his life from the egyptian soldiers killing all the Hebrew babies.Moses than grew up with a family of royalty. His real mother became a nurse and then told Moses that he was a Hebrew.

Moses than on couldn't stand see hebrew slaves be hit, so after killing a soldier for whipping an old Hebrew man he flees to the desert. He then was presented to a bush that was on fire but didn't burn(a signal from God to Moses)which told Moses to go back to Egypt and free his people from slavery.

So Moses went back to Egypt and told Pharoah and told him to let God's people go.Pharoah resisted but after losing his only son he told Moses to go and take God's people.

Moses left with God's people and headed toward freedom but on their way there they noticed that they were being followed by Pharoah and his army.In front of Moses and God's people was plain sea.So God told Moses to use his staff and seperate the sea.Moses did as he was told. The huge sea in front of them had parted.

Moses and God's people walked through the middle and to the other side. The Hebrews were finally free.Moses had led God's people into Cannan, a place in the Fertile Crescent.THe Hebrews were finally home. And this is what Moses had to do with the Fertile Crescent.
