| Nebuchadnezzar was the son of Nabopolassar. He was the greatest and most pwerful of all Babylonain kings. Nebuchadnezzar was the most important king of the second Babylonian. Nebbuchadnezzar is bets known for his legendary hanging The Gardens of Babylon, one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world. He restored old religious monuments. Nebuchadnezzar was the conqueror of Jerusalem. Nebuchadnezzar defeated the Cimmerians and the Scythains and then turned west again conquering Western Syria and destroying Jerusalem. Nebuchadnezzar took the inhabitants of Jerusalem prisoners and brought them to Babylon. Nebuchadnezzar was powerful in his days. Pride is one of the things that God hates then God made Nebuchadnezzar an example. God made king from men and made him dwell with the beast of the field. He roamed the wild lands and was forced to eat grass for seven years. Finally, he came back to his senses when he known God was the King of Heaven. Nebuchadnezzar died in the age of 68. | |
