Helen Keller was a girl that was blind and deaf. She wrote stories about her life. She had a teacher that helped her learn manners and understand her world. Helen had a great memory for things she read.

Here are some facts about my book:

1. Helen went to Baltimore, Maryland when she was six years old to meet Alexander Graham Bell.

2. Helen was born a normal person.

3. Helen had a dog that comforted her during hard times.

4. Helen had a doll with no eyes and it upset her.

5. Helen’s teacher\'s name was Anne Mansfield Sullivan.

6. Anne was partially blind.

7. Anne was called “Teacher.”

8. Helen called March 3, 1887 her “Soul’s birthday.”
