But then, it was a destiny he encountered. He learned to acquire thing in his spiritual aspect. He guides people every now and then. His plans and aspirations is, the parish to become more organized. And some other good things that the parish could acquire with the help of the priest. (Fr. Raul)

Reflection

‎1. How did he/she find his/her parish experience? Were there any difficulties he/she faced? What were his/her feelings and personal realizations upon rendering service to his/her parish?

2. Does your parish community exemplify what it means to be a Church? Why do you say so?

1. Our experience in this parish was great. We learned things about God in different ways. Especially in this community service we made. We got along with different kids who are into religious doings. The difficulties We faced? We think there’s none. Because We believed that if you love what you are doing and if you are not forced to do it, there wouldn’t be a problem. We realized that there are more to do at our parish than just going to mass. We can be active in other different ways. Like helping the sisters in taking care of the kids who visits the parish, the kids who are getting ready for their “kumpil”, and a lot more.
2. Yes of course. The church as a mystery – The parish explains and helps us realize the truth proposed to our beliefs. The church as a sacrament – we give grace.
