| The city of Norfolk should continue to have teen curfews. |

One reason the city should dp this is because a majority of people are under the influence at night. Another reason is because at night is when people start to get robbed and killed, therefore teens shouldn’t be out. Also it has been said that mainly at night teens behave badly.
Opponets of teen curfew are saying all teens shouldn’t have a curfew, because of it interferes with teen freedom. However the rate of crime at night has grown. |
