| Mars was the Greek God of war was known for his rage with no courtesy. His love for war made him unlike by most gods and goddesses. He was son of Zeus and Hera and had three kids with Aphrodite. He got the name mars because of the color of the plant. It is red and stood for blood since he is the god of war he got that name.
