Hardness: Diamond\'s hardness is a 10 on a scale, which is very hard.

Cleavage: A diamond\'s cleavage is 111 (perfect in four directions). Diamond\'s can have up to fourteen sides.

Color: A diamond\'s color is typically yellow, brown, or gray to colorless. Less often colors, blue, green, black, translucent white, pink, violet, orange, purple, and red.

Luster: A diamond\'s luster is adamantine and it shines very bright.

Streak: The diamond\'s streak is colorless and does not make a color when scratched on paper, unlike other minerals.

Uses: Diamonds have a lot of uses like jewelry . As we know diamond is a very hard substance. diamonds are resistant to heat ,diamonds are converted into things like lazers , x ray machines and vacume machines
