Kronos married his titan sister Rheia. Gaea told Kronos that one of his children would overthrow him. Kronos was scared so each baby that Rheia gave birth to he ate.The sixth baby that Rheia gave birth to she substituted the baby for a stone, and Kronos fell for the trick. the babies name was Zeus.Gaea helped Rheia in the hiding of Zeus.When Zeus became and adult he confronted his father Kronos and kicked him in the stomach. Then the other five children that Kronos swallowed were pushed out. Other than Zeus, there was Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Demeter and Histia (Hestia).
