| The battle of jacinto was an 18 minute battle led by General Sam Houston. Mexico was led by Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. The battle was on April 21 1836 the location of the battle was near deer park Texas. At the end of the battle 11 Texans were killed and 30 were wounded. On Mexico side 650 were killed,208 were wounded,and 300 were captured. Mexico then surrendered and retreated to the south of the rio grand. | |
