Moore Edwin Ward 1810-1865 Edwin was a naval officer born in Alexandria Virginia on July 15 1810.
He attended Alexandria Academy made a alliance with the yucatan rebels and joined them.with the rebels they took the town of Tabasco.Left Galveston with three ships captured Mexican ships.Edwin was commissioned by president Sam Houston to help yucatan with Antonio Lopez De Santa Anna
