Remember Rows go Across & Columns go Up & Down Row 1: Merge Cells & Type Your Name (Highlight all cells in the first row & right click, merge cells) Row 2: Label the Columns State, Capital, Postal Code, Date Entered Union Center & bold the Words in Row 2 Now, you need to research the states using the link.
