Fourth grade writing: Writing is a very important subject in 4th grade! ******MAKE IT YOUR OWN STORY****** Tell your story with excitment. Everyone has things to talk about. Be confident that you can be a wonderful writer. The stories are parts of your past. Cherish them like old photographs. Things to remember: 1. use jazzy words and not boring overused words 2. make the setting come alive, paint a picture 3. don't leave the reader confused- add details 4. use similes: purple like grape jelly black as night white as new fallen snow |
