"TRICK OR TREAT" is a Halloween tradition where kids go round to people's houses on Halloweeen night, dressed in some kind of costume, and challenge the inhabitants with the cry: "Trick or Treat?". The householder then chooses between a TRICK (having some kind of practical joke played on them by the kids) or a TREAT (giving them a sweet or piece of fruit). |
