You are going to create a diary online. This diary will be about what you eat during the week.
Write in your notebook what you eat everyday for breakfast , lunch and dinner and if you have any snacks in between. At the weekend or on the following Monday enter the information in your online diary and I will check it and give you a mark from 0 through 10.
REMEMBER YOU NEED A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO SIGN UP TO YOUR DIARY AND TO GIVE ME ITS NAME.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Go to the link on the left.
2. Sign up following the steps( remember to have a valid email account because a password will be sent there )
3. Follow the steps in the website diaryland to create a daily report of what you eat.
