With the topic you have chosen, consult OPAC by conducting a KEYWORD search of your topic. Looks for print materials that are Dewey non-fiction or reference (a reference book will have the letters REF before the numbers). Create a BOOKBAG of these sources. The BOOKBAG printout will have all the necessary information for you to create your Works Cited page. The links on this page are to academic subscription databases, guaranteed to be reliable. Each database will allow you to create a citation (look for the "Cite This" tab ) or will include the citation at the botton of the print formatted page). Also on this page are links to reviewed websites. When you consult these, you will have to look for citation information on the website. You can then plug this information into Citation Machine (linked on this page) to create a citation for your Works Cited page. |
