Welcome to Shiloh's webquest!!

This Newberry Honor Medal book, Shiloh, written by Phyllis Reynolds Naylor, will touch everyone's heart. The story is about a young boy, Marty, who forms an unbreakable bond with a dog, Shiloh. Marty wants to keep Shiloh, but his uncompromising father makes him return the dog to his owner, Judd, a local hunter. When Shiloh returns to Marty after being abused again, the boy decides to hide the dog from his family knowing they'll make him return Shiloh again. This leads Shiloh into more danger than before when a stray attacks Shiloh and Marty must turn to his father for help.
