STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS May 18th, 2010 1. The word of the month is Courage. 2. Students, if you want your report card mailed to you please bring a self-addressed, stamped envelope before May 21st and give it to your homeroom teacher. 3. Yearbooks are still on sale get one for $40.00! See Mrs. Waldburg or Mrs. Kilpatrick. 4. Buses will be leaving the school Thursday & Friday May 20th & 21st at 12:30. Bag lunches will be served at 11:00AM. 5. If you do not purchase a yearbook before the last day of school, there will be some available on May 25th when your parents pick up your report cards. 6. Remind students that report cards will not be mailed or handed out to any students who owe book fees or money to the office and therefore they will not know if they are promoted. 7. Students all medications must be picked up from the nurse by your parents by May 25th, the day report cards are picked up. If medications are not picked up they will be thrown away. 8. Students will have the opportunity to make-up exams on Saturday, May 22, 2010. You must be dropped off at the front of the BCMS office at 8:00 and must have a ride to pick you up at 12:00 pm. This will be the only day that make-up exams will be given. If you do not come on this day to make-up any exam missed, you will receive a zero for that exam grade. 9. Any eligible 8th grade boys interested in playing basketball for BCHS next year will need to meet with Coach Clark in the multi-purpose room at the beginning of second block today, May 18, 2010 to learn about the summer basketball program. 10. 8th grade picnic reception will be tomorrow from 1:45-2:30. 11. Students will need 600 points to go to EBIS activity on Friday. There will be snacks and drinks. |
