3 c. COOKIE MIX 3 T. milk, more if needed 1 t. vanilla extract 1 egg ½ c. nuts, chopped (opt.) 1 c. chocolate chips Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine COOKIE MIX, milk, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Yield: 24 cookies |
