Online videos appropriate for classroom use

  • PBS Teachers
  • Teacher Tube - Their goal is to provide an online community for sharing instructional videos. It is a site to provide anytime, anywhere professional development with teachers teaching teachers. Also, teachers can post videos designed for students to view in order to learn a concept or skill. You can find podcasts listed at Teacher Tube RSS Feeds
  • Annenberg Media has "Teacher resources and teacher professional development programming across the curriculum"
  • The Movie Archive is part of the Internet Archive, a non-profit that is building a digital library of Internet sites and other cultural artifacts in digital form. It provides free access to researchers, historians, scholars, and the general public.
