PowerPoint Presentation- Requirements
 

 

Requirements

  1. PowerPoint must include all information that is important to the topic. For example: physical properties, chemical composition, location, rotation and revolution information, current news regarding this topic, and the history of the topic including exploratory missions carried out by NASA.


  2. The information from the PowerPoint must come from at least 5 sources (i.e. the internet, books, magazines, scientific journals, newspapers, radio interviews, etc.) Do not rely solely on the textbook. You must properly identify your sources on the “bibliography” page of your PowerPoint. Please use current information


  3. Your PowerPoint must contain at least 5 slides to contain all of the information (not including the bibliography page)


  4. Your PowerPoint must include at least 3 pictures or images. The sources of these images must also be documented on the bibliography page.


  5. Your oral presentation of the PowerPoint should be 3-5 minutes long. You will be docked points if it is too long or too short.


  6. Your PowerPoint should use the same fonts, font sizes, and backgrounds on all of the slides.


  7. You may use animations on your PowerPoint, but they should not be distracting during your presentation. You MAY NOT use sound.
