You will need to click on the Quia Class Page link on the right to complete the two Quia activities for this unit.
The first activity that you will complete is called "Time to 5 Minutes" under the activity section of our class page. These are flashcards that show a time on a clock. After you read the time on the clock, click the flashcard to check your answer. Continue practicing until you get them all right!
The next activity you will complete on our Quia Class Page is called "Columns of Time". For this activity, you will match each of the times to the correct words. For example, "3:15" would match to "quarter past three". Click on the time first, then click on the words that it matches to.
After you have completed BOTH activities, you will create FIVE time-match problems. You will draw five clocks, showing any time (except on the exact hour), and you will write the time in words off to the side of the clocks. You are creating this activity for a partner to solve. ***Make sure the time on your clock is the correct written time as well.*** Turn the assignment in to me BEFORE having a partner solve it!
