You are now ready to evaluate your food habits after learning about nutrition. Answer the following questions in paragraph form on a blank piece of notebook paper. Use the link at the right to see the grading rubic.

1. What are some choices that you make that are good for your body? (food choices, schedule of meals, reading food labels, activity level)

2. What are some choices that you make that are bad for your body? Have you had anything happen to your body because of bad food habits or inactivity?

3. After printing out a personlized MyPyramid, how close do you think you are to fulfulling those recommedations on a daily basis?

4. Create a goal to improve your health.
