Monday-Thursday Homework: Super Speller

SUPER SPELLER ACTIVITIES

1.Type your words twice on a computer. Print it.

2.Write your spelling words three times each in cursive. It MUST be neat!

3.Write your words in ABC order.

4.Look up each word in a dictionary and write their definition.

5.Make a set of flash cards to practice with every night.

6.Print your words neatly 5 times each.

7.Write sentences using each word.

8.Crosswords. Make crosswords using your spelling words.

9.Triangle words in ABC order.

10.Make a word search using your spelling words. Make sure you have circled or highlighted each word in the word search.

11.Make a book/story using your spelling words.

12.Draw and color a nice picture. Hide your words within it.

13.Write Mrs. Gale a letter or write a paragraph using all of your words.

14.Write each of your words using three colors to make Rainbow Words.

15.Have an adult at home give you a practice test. It must be signed by the adult!

17.Create your own What’s Up using your spelling words. The What’s Up is about you 

18.Write a story about Santa or Christmas using your spelling words.

19.FREE CHOICE! Think of a new, creative way to study your words! :o)
