Is there a certain animal you have always wanted to know more about? Does it live in a particular habitat? Research an interesting animal by clicking on the Animal Discovery link to the left. When you have finished gathering information you will fill out the graphic organizer by using the Online Animal Graphic Organizer link. Then print the organizer. We will be using the information to create a research poster. Use the following steps to guide you.

1. Select an animal to learn more about.

2. Use the Animal Discovery link to answer the following questions. (Jot down your answers in your science journal, these will be a part of your graphic organizer)
a. Name of your animal
b. What does it look like?
c. How does the animal move?
d. What sound does it make?
e. What does it eat?

3. Once you have all your information collected, click on the Graphic Organizer link.

4. Make sure you title the graphic organizer with the name of your animal. Include your name.

5. You will complete an "animal facts" organizer, so click on that icon.

6. Each step of the organizer will guide you through, just read the questions at the top of the organizer.

7. Print your organizer when you have finished.
