1 pkg - 8 ½ oz. chocolate wafer type cookies (like Oreos), crushed
3 – 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened
3 T. flour
1 c. sugar
2 T. milk
2 t. vanilla
Crush cookies using a food processor.
Press over the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, flour and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 400̊ for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300̊. Bake for 55 minutes longer or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove sides of pan.
Yield: 16 servings.
