8 oz. Sugar free cookies (like Oreos) 1 ½ # cream cheese 1 c. Splenda 2 t. vanilla 2 T. Flour 1/3 c. milk 3 eggs Preheat oven to 325º. Crush cookies and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Beat cream cheese and Splenda until smooth (may take a lot of beating). Add flour and continue to beat until smooth. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in vanilla and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Yield: 16 servings |
