QuizStar Student Log In instructions
NOTE: You may want to print out the instructions then go to the link.
Go to:
http://quizstar.4teachers.org/indexs.jsp (or click the link to the left)
Click on SIGN UP
Enter your FIRST NAME and LAST NAME
Create a Username and password: (make this simple and easy for you to remember)
USERNAME (at least 3 characters long with NO SPACES)
PASSWORD (at least 5 characters long)
Re-Type your PASSWORD and then click REGISTER
Once you have created an account you will be logged in.
Now you will need to enroll in a class.
Click on:
"Click here to search a new class"
Under CLASS SEARCH
Class # 1 (leave the search option CLASS TITLE)
In the box to the right type: food service 2009-10 (OR the name of the class you have been given if you are NOT in Food Service Classes)
Click on the EXACT MATCH button on the right
A list of classes will appear.
Under CLASS # 1 RESULTS
Check the box to the left of Food Service 2009-10 (OR the class you were given to enroll in by Mrs. Colvin)
Then click REGISTER
You will now be registered into my Food Service Class (or the class instructed to enroll in) and will need to wait until I accept you into the class before you will be able to take a test .
At this point you need to LOG OUT until I have time to check the teacher page and accept you. This will be done by the end of the day (or class if we have time) when I have instructed you to create an account. If you log in and you have not yet been accepted into the class, you may need to remind me that you need to added to the class by me.
After you have been accepted into the class you will log in using the above web address.
(NOTE: You can find this web address on my teacher webpsge under QuizStar)
Type in your USERNAME and PASSWORD In the LOG IN box.
Click SUBMIT
Under the class you will see a box that has : UNTAKEN QUIZZES
STARTED QUIZZES
EXPIRED QUIZZES
Click on UNTAKEN QUIZZES
Find the Quiz you need to take and click TAKE (under Take Quiz)
On the next page you will have to click the START QUIZ button (NOTE: once you have clicked this button, you MUST complete the quiz. If you click off the quiz, it will register all unanswered questions as incorrect answers.)
On the next page you will have a description of the quiz and directions. Click START QUIZ.
