Dear _________________, Hello! My name is Flat Stanley, also known as Stanley Lambchop. I am a nice, average boy who leads a nice, ordinary life. One night while I was sleeping, the bulletin board above my bed fell on me. Suddenly, I became FLAT! Now that I am flat, my life has become very interesting. I have been doing a little traveling. My travels brought me to Richmond Hill Primary School in Richmond Hill, Georgia where I met some first graders. Here’s where you come in! Each student is helping me to continue my travels. They have sent me to visit YOU. All they ask is that you give me a picture, postcard, or any other souvenir from my trip. When I arrive with the item(s) from my trip, I will be able to share my journeys from the different parts of the country with all of my students. Thanks for all of you help!
