Garlic Cheese Roll

 
 

1 lb. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Cream cheese
2 Tbsp. Chili powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Dry mustard
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 Tbsp. Paprika

Grate cheddar cheese and let come to room temp. Allow cream cheese to come to room temp.

Mix together all ingredients EXCEPT paprika in a large bowl.

Scatter paprika evenly on waxed paper. Take up parts of the cheese blend and roll into a log shape. Roll log in paprika. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator over night. To serve, cut into thin slices and place on a decorative cracker. For added flavor and decoration add a slice of green olive on top of the cheese slice.
