Large flour tortilla Pizza Sauce pepperoni Mozzarella cheese, shredded Spread small amount of pizza sauce on a flour tortilla, (Leave a ½ margin around the edge) layer cheese and pepperoni on top of sauce. Roll into a tight roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate over night. Cut into 3/4 to 1 inch slices. Serve with pizza sauce for added flavor. |
