The Great Pyramid at Giza... the Lighhouse at Alexandria... The Hanging Gardens of Babylon... The Colossus of Rhodes... These were some of the seven wornders of the ancient world. Sadly, with the exception of the pyramids, the rest of the original seven wonders of the world have already crumbled into the dust, so it's time to draw up a new list of seven modern wonders. - What would you include in the seven wonders of your wordl? You could include things from just your country , your continent, or the whole world. 1.- Read about the seven wonders of the world and discuss with your partner where to draw your list from. 2.- Decide which seven wonders you want to include and why. 3..- Make a poster using Glogster, showing your seven wonders. Write a short paragraph for each item and explain why your have chosen it. Important use passive voice. 4.- E-mail your poster to the class, and share opinions.
