A CLASS DIVIDED

A DARING LESSON

1968 third-grade students in Iowa

This week we are going to deal with the idea of prejudice, discrimination and racism. For that purpose we are going to do some research, watch some videos and then discuss about the topic.
The videos we are going to watch deal with black discrimination in the United States in 1970s. Therefore, the first thing we'll have to do will be to do some research about that time and that place.

You will be working in teams and each team will have to surf the Internet to find out the information demanded.
